Studio Lighting

We can supply you with everything from 10K fresnels to 150W Babys, and stock specialist studio lighting like beauty lights, dedos, space lights and chimeras too. All our lighting equipment is supplied and maintained in house with over fifty heads of light in stock, and wherever possible, studio staff will pre-rig lights prior to your arrival to give you a head start.

Power distribution is the most important factor in any location, and Studio 2 has over a hundred and fifty 32 Amp power outlets in all four walls and ceiling. Each outlet can be independently controlled through dimmers and lighting board, allowing the free rigging of any studio lighting equipment to almost any location in minutes. For larger lanterns needing more power, we have 125A 3 Phase in the studio too ready for those 10K’s and above.

In addition to the superb versatility of our pantographic lighting rig, we can also supply you with whatever lighting stands you feel are appropriate from overheads to turtles, and a selection of silk frames/wind bags, cookies, reflectors and gobos to suit you.

We have good working relationships with other suppliers across the country and can source you anything either standard or specialist depending upon you requirements.

You are welcome to bring your own gaffer and electricians, or use the ones we recommend, who have considerable experience in the studios.

If you already have a lighting deal for your production that’s fine too, but we would be happy to quote you on request to see if we can give you a competitive deal.
